Shipping & Production
How long until my order arrives?
Every piece is 3D printed just for your order. Production takes 1–2 business days, shipping takes 3–5 business days via USPS/UPS with tracking, and most orders arrive within 4–7 business days total.
Can I get my order faster?
Yes — add ZIPPY rush production to your cart and we'll move your order to the front of the print queue with 24-hour production.
Do my orders ship with tracking?
Always. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Why does my order take a few days to ship?
Because nothing sits in a warehouse. Your piece doesn't exist until you order it — we print it in the exact color and size you chose, hand-finish it, and inspect it before it ships. That's also why we can offer 30+ colors on nearly everything.
Materials & Care
What are your products made of?
Most pieces are printed from PLA — a durable everyday plastic derived from renewable plant sugars (like corn starch) rather than petroleum. It's sturdy, lightweight, and holds fine detail. PLA isn't readily home-compostable or curbside-recyclable, though, so it's best kept and enjoyed as a lasting piece. Some items use specialty materials — TPU for flexible items like training balls, and PETG or other engineering materials for custom jobs.
What bulbs are safe in your lampshades?
LED bulbs only. LEDs run cool, which keeps the printed shade safe — any standard E26 LED works in our pendants and lamps. Never use incandescent or halogen bulbs, which generate too much heat.
How do I clean my piece?
Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid water soaks, harsh cleaners, and dishwashers, and keep pieces away from prolonged direct sunlight, radiators, and hot cars — sustained heat can soften PLA.
Can I choose any color?
Yes — most designs come in 30+ colors, from Ivory White and Latte Brown to Terracotta, Cobalt Blue, and Sakura Pink, chosen right on the product page. Want something you don't see, like silk, glow-in-the-dark, or a specific brand color? Message us — custom colors are usually no problem.
Pendant Lights
Do pendant shades come with a cord?
Your choice. Every pendant is available as Shade Only (fits any standard E26 socket cord or your existing fixture), with a Hardwired Cord Kit (ceiling canopy, adjustable cord, and socket), or with a Plug-In Cord Kit (long cord, wall plug, and inline switch — no wiring needed). What size pendant do I need?

Custom Orders
Can you print my 3D file?
Yes. Upload an STL, OBJ, STEP, or 3MF file to our instant quote tool and you'll get a price in seconds. We confirm every detail with you before printing. Learn more on our Custom 3D Printing page.
Can you resize a design to fit my space?
Often, yes. Because everything is printed to order, many designs can be scaled or adjusted — send us your measurements and we'll tell you what's possible.
Returns & Guarantee
What's your return policy?
30-day returns, with free return shipping. If your piece isn't right for you, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a prepaid return label and refund you in full once it's back. Full details are in our refund policy.
What if my order arrives damaged or isn't right?
Every print is hand-inspected before shipping, but if something arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right — that's the advantage of buying from a small studio where the person who printed your piece is the one reading your email.
