How your order gets to you
Every DrMaker3D piece is printed to order in our Connecticut studio — nothing sits in a warehouse. That means two stages between checkout and your doorstep:
Production: 1–2 business days
Your piece is printed in your exact colors and size, hand-finished, and inspected before it ships — typically 1–2 business days from order to ship. Need it faster? Add the ZIPPY 24-hour rush upgrade to your cart and your order moves to the front of the print queue.
Shipping options
Every order ships with tracking, emailed the moment your piece leaves the studio.
- Standard — Free on every U.S. order. Arrives 3–5 days after your piece ships.
- Expedited — $29.95 (free on orders over $250). Arrives 1–4 days after shipping.
Remember production comes first: your piece is printed to order, typically 1–2 business days before it ships. Add the ZIPPY 24-hour rush upgrade to compress that too.
Shipping rates
Rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and the size of your piece.
Wrong address or need a change?
Email sales@drmaker3d.com as soon as possible with your order number. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll update the address — once it's with the carrier, we'll help you work with them.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, you're covered by our 30-Day Quality Guarantee — email us and we'll make it right with a free replacement or refund.
