Refund policy

30-Day Returns, Free Return Shipping

We want you to love your DrMaker3D piece. If it's not right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — and return shipping is on us. Just email sales@drmaker3d.com with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid return label.

To be eligible, items should be returned in their original, unused condition (and, where possible, their original packaging). Once we receive your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

Every piece is printed to order in our Connecticut studio and hand-inspected before it ships. If yours arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect or print-quality flaw, or you received the wrong item, size, or color, tell us within 30 days and we'll make it right at no cost to you — a free replacement, repair, or refund, your choice. Send a photo or two to sales@drmaker3d.com and in most cases you won't need to ship anything back.

A note on 3D printing

Fine layer lines and small surface variations are the natural signature of 3D printing, not defects — they're part of what makes each piece individual.

Cancellations and changes

Need to change a color or size, or cancel? Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't started printing yet, we'll change or cancel it in full. Once a piece is on the printer we can no longer cancel it — but the 30-day return above still has you covered once it arrives.
