Your confirmation email arrives right away. Rich reviews your order — colors, sizes, and any custom file — and queues it for the right printer.

On the Printer
Same or next business day
Your piece starts printing on a calibrated machine. Larger pieces like pendant shades can run 10–30+ hours on the printer — precision takes time. Need it sooner? ZIPPY rush production jumps the queue.

Finishing & Inspection
Same or next day after printing
Supports come off, surfaces get hand-finished, and every single piece is inspected against our quality bar before it's approved to ship. If anything isn't right, we reprint it — you'll never receive a second-best piece.

Packed & Shipped
1–2 business days after ordering, for most pieces
Your piece is packed to survive the trip and handed to the carrier. You'll get a shipping email with a tracking link the moment the label is scanned — you can also watch every stage on our live order tracker.
